The publisher has just released a “Part 2” video featuring hands-on impressions from various content creators, giving players a clearer picture of what to expect from the mysterious title on Nintendo’s new hardware.
A Unique Blend of Action and Hacking
The new video highlights the game’s distinct gameplay loop, which Capcom describes as “engaging both sides of your brain.” Players take control of the protagonist, Hugh, alongside his android companion, Diana, navigating a lunar research station. The impressions emphasize a “unique hacking twist” that integrates puzzle-solving directly into firefights, requiring players to multitask between shooting enemies and managing cyber-defenses.
The “Sketchbook” Demo
Capcom also detailed the “Sketchbook” gameplay demo, which is currently available on Steam and confirmed to be “coming later” to the Nintendo Switch 2. The demo allows players to experience the tactile combat system and traversal mechanics firsthand. Completing it rewards players with a special illustration from Diana, adding a touch of replayability.

Release Date and Pre-Orders
Pragmata is officially scheduled to launch on the Nintendo Switch 2 on April 24, 2026. Pre-orders have gone live with a price tag of $59.99. In true Nintendo fashion, Capcom also confirmed that a dedicated amiibo for Diana will be released alongside the game, offering fans a physical collectible to accompany their lunar journey.
